1. Consultation & System Design: Your journey starts with a personalised in-person consultation. We’ll review your energy usage, roof layout, and future plans. Using online satellite imagery tools, we design a system tailored to maximise your savings and long-term value.
2. Preferred Products Selection: We only work with premium, reliable brands that are tested for Australian conditions. You’ll get recommendations for panels, inverters and battery systems (if applicable). We’ll explain the pros and cons so you can make an informed choice based on budget and performance.
3. Payment Plan Application (Optional): Want to go solar with no upfront cost? We offer flexible payment plans through trusted finance providers. Whether you’re after interest-free terms or low monthly repayments, we’ll walk you through your options and handle the paperwork if you choose to apply.
4. Sign-Off on Design & Savings: We present your custom solar system design with a clear breakdown of:
• Estimated yearly production
• Anticipated savings
• Payback period
• Warranty inclusions
Once you’re happy with everything, you give us the green light to proceed.
Your Renewables Journey - Practical Installation
Once we've been given the green light to proceed the practical stuff can begin:
5. Network Application (DNSP Approval): We submit a grid connection application to your Distributed Network Service Provider (DNSP) to ensure your system complies with local grid requirements. This step is essential before installation and typically takes 1-5 business days.
6. Site Inspection by Head Electrician (if required): Our Head Electrician visits your property to confirm design feasibility, inspect the switchboard, and identify any access or safety considerations. If adjustments are needed, we’ll update your design and get your approval.
7. Installation & Commissioning: Time to bring your solar system to life. Our SAA-accredited installers arrive on time, respect your property, and complete the job safely and professionally, usually within one day. After installation, we thoroughly test and commission your system to ensure it’s performing perfectly.
8. System Demonstration & Inverter App Setup: We walk you through your new system, show you how everything works, and help you install and connect your inverter app on your smartphone or tablet. You’ll be able to track performance in real-time, see savings, and stay in control.
9. Metering Upgrade Application: Once your system is installed, we lodge a request with your electricity retailer for a smart meter upgrade (if needed). This enables your system to export solar energy back to the grid and receive feed-in tariff payments.
10. System Activation: After your new meter is installed (usually 1–3 weeks post-install), your system is fully activated and ready to save you money. You’ll receive a formal handover pack with warranties, documentation, and user guides.

After your system has been activated and you’ve recieved a formal handover pack we provide ongoing monitoring and support for the life of your system.
